SigMeet meetings run on signal stacks — repeatable combinations of live agents, transcription flows, and AI outputs that keep teams focused.
Prime the room
- Open your calendar event in SigMeet fifteen minutes before go-time.
- Switch to the Agent Board layout and pin the Metrics, Sentiment, and Action Item agents.
- Drop any relevant screenshots with the AI Screenshot tool so context is ready when participants join.
Let hybrid AI flex
Begin the session in local mode for privacy, then flip the hybrid toggle when you need extra compute:
- Start the SigMeet session and set the Summaries agent to pulse every minute.
- When the conversation spins up, slide the toggle to cloud mode to give secondary agents more headroom.
- If legal or finance joins, slide back to local mode — your context cache follows instantly.
Close the loop
- Use Talk Bites to capture two or three snackable clips, then drag them into your Obsidian vault.
- Export the Markdown brief to Apple Notes for async review.
- Archive the agent board state so the next meeting starts with the same ritual.
Signal stacks evolve with every team. This lightweight scaffolding helps you land consensus faster without sacrificing focus or privacy.
